We built a total of ten cottages in collaboration with Sunset Structures for the Stonewall Jackson Lake State Park. This included two bedroom models designed by Corlis Design & Construction, Inc. and three and four bedroom models designed by Sunset Structures. Design supervision and review by HDMR, Robert Raffle, AIA, Charleston, WV. This is the interior of the two bedroom model. All cottages utilize Sunset's kiln dried pine post and beam frames and modern interiors with all the comforts of home. Each cottage features a gas burning fireplace and is fully furnished. Hardwood floors and full kitchens complement the access to this beautiful State Park. The three and four bedroom models feature a partial second story with custom hardwood railings built on site by our crew. A view of some of the beautiful timber frame work by Sunset Structures.
