Orthodontist, Donna Panucci bought a lot in a mixed use (commercial and residential) neighborhood in South Charleston, WV. We designed her office to fit in with the scale of the residential but the commercial qualities that would offer her a long lasting, low maintenance building. Her company color is purple as you might guess and the exterior materials are ground face block and glazed block in purples. The sign and railing are hand ground and textured aluminum.

Being a nationally renown orthodontist, Dr. Panucci knew what she wanted in her new office and we enjoyed the experience of helping give her the new spaces. Here, an open operatory is given a warm wooden ceiling and several lighting sources to make an interesting distraction for your eye while in the chair. The Doctor's office looks down from above and is skylit.

Out in the reception room the kids can entertain themselves with integrated video games and a rocket featuring fiber optic lit "stars" leading to a playroom beyond.

Utilizing the space that would normally be an attic, we were able to offer a spacious break room / training area for the staff as well as allow skylights to stream natural light down into the hallways.

We end the Panucci office tour with a shot of the doctor's office. Lots of natural light, a viewing window to the operatory below and a private bathroom finishes out this suite.
